Talent bloomed as students in the North East enchanted judges with their 3D nail designs. A dozen level three nail technology trainees at Tyne Metropolitan College were pitted against each other in a nail technique competition. Jenni Tulip, from North Shields, won the contest with her detailed enchanted garden design. Second place went to Carmen Quinn, 39, from Wallsend; and, in third place was Naomi Curson, 20, from North Shields.
