FE Week and Schools Week digital subscriptions can be managed from the subscriber areas of our websites. Please find below some answers to frequently asked questions about our subscriptions.

Subscriptions
What subscription types are available?
We offer three different types of subscriptions, all of which are available only on an annual basis:
- Single Subscription
Single subscriptions allow for 1 individual to be sent the weekly edition of either FE Week or Schools Week digitally via your registered email address.
- Multiple Subscription
Multiple subscriptions allow for up to 15 individuals to be sent the weekly edition of either FE Week or Schools Week digitally via your registered email addresses at one set price.
- Organisation Subscription
Organisational subscriptions allow for an entire organisation to be sent the weekly edition of FE Week or Schools Week via each registered email addresses at one set price.
Please note: Only the corporate user of the organisational or multiple subscription will have the ability to add or remove members from an active subscription.
What subscription cycles do you offer?
- Annual Subscription – Auto Renew
Subscriptions that operate under an Auto Renew cycle will be automatically renewed on an annual basis. Payment will be taken out immediately following the renewal. If you decide at a later date that you would not like to renew, you have the option to deactivate the auto renewal of your subscription at a later date.
- Annual Subscription – one year
Subscriptions that operate under a one year cycle will expire a year after your purchased date. If you would like to renew your subscription, you will be required to renew this via your account.
Do you offer termly subscriptions?
Unfortunately, we no longer offer subscriptions that operate on a termly basis.
How frequently would I receive the edition of Schools Week or FE Week?
Editions are made readily available every Friday morning during term time. Outside of term time you will not receive any editions as they are not in circulation within this timeframe. In the interim, however, you can view up to date news and opinion pieces on our Schools Week or FE Week website.
How can I subscribe to FE Week?
Single Subscription
- Head to feweek.co.uk
- Click the Subscribe button located on the top right side of the screen
- Click the Subscribe Today button under the Single Subscription subscription type
- Click Annual Subscription – one year for a one year subscription that will automatically expire a year from your purchased date or Annual Subscription – Auto Renew for a one year subscription that will automatically renew your subscription a year from your purchased date
- Enter your payment details
- Click Subscribe
Multiple Subscription
- Head to feweek.co.uk
- Click the Subscribe button located on the top right side of the screen
- Click the Subscribe Today button under the Multiple Subscription subscription type
- Click Five, Ten or Fifteen person subscription for a one year subscription that will automatically expire a year from your purchased date

Payment
What are the available payment methods for a subscription?
We accept card payments for each subscription type available, however, invoicing is only applicable to Multiple or Organisation subscriptions.
How can I add a purchase order number for invoicing purposes?
Upon arriving at the checkout section of your subscription order, there will be a box titled Purchase Order Number which you can use to input your PO number.
If you do not have your Purchase Order on you at the time of purchase, that is okay, as you will be able to update this by sending the Purchase Order Number to our finance team at finance@lsect.com.
Accessing Editions
How can I access the latest edition of Schools Week or FE Week?
Our Schools Week and FE Week editions are only viewable for the subscriber who has access to the account. You are prohibited from sharing the edition with anyone else to view other than yourself.
There are two ways in which you can view the latest edition of your chosen subscription:
Online
Once you are successfully subscribed to either Schools Week or FE Week you will be able to view the latest edition online by logging into your account on the Schools Week or FE Week website and clicking the Editions button located on the top left side of the screen. The latest edition of your chosen subscription will be present on this page for you to view.
Alternatively, you will receive an email directly to your registered email address every Thursday morning during term time which includes a link that will allow you to download the latest edition of your chosen subscription. Upon clicking this link for the first time, you will be prompted to log in with your registered email address and password that is linked with your subscription account.
How can I access past editions?

- Click the Editions tab on the left side of the screen
- Browse any of the past editions of Schools Week within our archives section
FE Week
- Head to feweek.co.uk

I am having trouble downloading the editions (Mobile Device)
f you are having trouble downloading the edition on your mobile device, you may need to refer to one of the many solutions below.
- Clear Cache
The browser in which you are using to download the edition on may need to be rebooted in order for you to successfully download your edition. Please go to your internet browser’s app settings to clear the cache and try again.
- Clear up storage space
Your phone storage may be prohibiting you from downloading any content as there may be insufficient space on your device. Please make sure that you have enough storage space on your phone to accommodate the download.
- Alternate browser
If you are unsuccessfully downloading the edition from an internet browser app you may need to attempt this download on an alternative browser app.
I have an active subscription but I am not receiving the editions via email each week
Typically, the reason for not receiving our emails is because of spam filters. If you have looked in your spam or junk folders and still don’t see our campaigns, there are a few other things to investigate.

How can I update my account details?

Upon successfully logging in, you will be directed to your My Profile page, from this page you can edit the personal details that are linked to your account.
How can I change my password?
Schools Week

- Click the Change Password button located on the left side of the screen
- Enter your new password
- Click Update Password

How can I renew my subscription?
If you do not have an auto – renewal subscription, please follow the steps below to renew your subscription. Failure to do so will result in an expired subscription.

How can I update the username linked with my account?
If you would like to update the username linked with your account, please get in touch with a member of the subscriptions team at the following email address subscriptions@feweek.co.uk, explaining your query and be sure to include the username that you would like it to be updated to.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
If you would like to update your subscription from an individual subscription to a multiple or organisation subscription,, please get in touch with a member of the subscriptions team at the following email address subscriptions@feweek.co.uk, explaining your query and be sure to include the subscription type that you would like your current subscription to be upgraded to.
Can I share the editions internally?
No, you are not allowed to share the editions internally or externally. If you would like to share a copy of the edition, you will need to purchase an additional subscription.
We also offer Multiple or Organisational subscriptions that allow for multiple people to receive the edition.

How can I add subscribers?

- You can add the subscriber(s) via any one of the methods below:
- You can manually add the subscribers from this screen by clicking Add Sub Account
- Send the Signup URL link to whoever you would like added
- Import via CSV (including email, username, first name and last name)
