Colleges and other providers are being reminded that the first ‘required’ Individualised Learner Record (ILR) is due by 6pm on October 6th. The Data Service said: “Providers are encouraged to start using the new systems to check, validate and submit their R02 return”.

    • For smaller providers reliant on OLDC, the lack of a PFR is more than a little frustrating.
      How are we supposed to accurately make and/or request payments for sub-contracts?
      And is it just me thinking “November” means November 30th?

      • LIS is helpful of course … but may not give the 100% answer (where is the greater than/less than 250 employees logic for example …)
        and its always better to analyse to the PFR
