Travel and tourism students from City of Bath College are helping staff to find the perfect destinations for their summer holidays. After a brief chat with staff about the type of holiday they would like, the students research destinations, things to see – even airports and flight times The idea is to give the students experience of dealing with “customers”, as part of their studies. Lauren Angove, one of the students, said: We’ve had a lot of fun and learned about the importance of a professional customer-focused attitude.”
