Hereward is an exciting and innovative college with a reputation for high-quality provision that is responsive to the needs of our students. To apply, you should have a proactive, positive approach to work and have led, motivated, and developed an outstanding customer service function. Ideally, your background will be in the education sector, where you will have designed systems to track and analyse student progress, introduced significant process improvements and used your outstanding analytical skills to deliver real benefits to the organisation. You’ll also need to be a team worker, with superb communication, organisational, planning and time management skills.
