Salary: £25,000 - £36,000 dependant on qualification and experience
Aspire Achieve Advance Ltd (3As) is a training provider specialising in the delivery of apprenticeship programmes across the country. We aim to provide the next generation of high quality IT Support Technicians and Accountants to feed the demand for qualified professionals through the delivery of high quality (up to Level 3 / 4), training and professional qualifications. Working in partnership with Further Education colleges 3As has become the provider of choice for many of the UK leading businesses. We are now recruiting in preparation for further growth in our apprenticeship business – to 20 Academies nationally.
Learner Journey Champions are outstanding Trainers and Assessors that can not only deliver dazzling training and assessing for our apprentices but also act as mentors and learning coaches for other staff. Our goal is to aspire to grade one training and assessment throughout our organisation and we are looking for dynamic, driven and determined individuals to help us on this journey. These roles will still involve training and assessing our apprentices but will also have a wider responsibility – with time during the week to mentor and develop other staff.
You will be suitability qualified to teach or assess in the relevant sector (IT or Accounting) and have relevant teaching or assessing experience – the ideal candidate will be grade one. You will have experience and demonstrate grades of observations and increase the effective use of learning plans. You will provide evidence of implementing new ideas and ensure teaching/training moves forward with the goal to progress and reach “outstanding” grade. You will need a fabulous understanding of the learner journey from recruitment to progression and be able to evidence this.
There is also a requirement to pass an Enhanced CRB check for this role – the cost of this check will be covered by the employer.
